Questions
What counts as an interview?
An interview counts when the candidate completes it. Invites that are never opened, and candidates who ask for a person instead, are free.
Do unused interviews roll over?
No. Each month starts with the interviews your plan includes. If you often run short, the next plan up is usually cheaper than extras.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Paying for a year up front gives you two months free. We can send an invoice for bank transfer instead of taking a card.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any month, with no notice period.
Are prices with or without VAT?
All prices are in Danish kroner and exclude 25% VAT.
What happens after the free pilot?
Nothing, unless you choose a plan. The pilot does not turn into a paid subscription on its own.
