Every applicant gets a conversation. You still decide.
First Round gives each applicant a 15-minute interview with an AI interviewer, and hands you the recording, the transcript and a note on every competency.
- Interviewer
Tell me about a time something at work was not safe. What did you do?
- Maja
We had a pallet with a broken corner on the top rack. I stopped the truck and told my shift lead before anyone touched it. It took ten minutes, but nobody got hurt.
- Interviewer
What happens on your team when someone is missing from a shift?
- Maja
If someone calls in sick I just take their aisle as well. We sort it out at the start of the shift.
Safety awareness
Stops work to report damage and explains why, without being asked.

Covers for colleagues, but says little about how the shift is split.
Quote at 9:36, found in the transcriptYour decision
Nothing is decided until you choose.
How it works
Three steps, and the middle one runs without you.
- 1You

First Round drafts the competencies and the questions every candidate is asked. You change what you like and approve it.
- 2The candidate
They talk with the interviewer
Each applicant gets a link and talks with the AI interviewer for about 15 minutes, in Danish or English, whenever suits them.
- 3You
Review and decide
You get the recording, the transcript and a note on each competency with the quotes it rests on. Then you decide who to call.
Fair by design
The rules are built into the product, so you can explain them to candidates and to your clients.
A person makes every decision
The assessment is advice. You record each decision yourself, and nothing moves forward without you.
No overall score, no ranking
Each competency is rated on its own. Candidates are never added up, sorted or ranked against each other.
Only what they said counts
The assessment reads the transcript and nothing else. No face, voice or emotion analysis, ever.
Every quote is checked
Each quote in the assessment is matched against the transcript, and one that cannot be found is marked.
Candidates can ask for a person
They are told up front that the interviewer is an AI, and can ask for a human at any point.
Danish and English
Candidates choose their language. The interview, the transcript and their own copy follow it.
Try it on your next job.
Set up one job, invite ten applicants and see what you get back. If it does not save you time, you have lost nothing.
